Assalamualikum….

On Tuesday, we've been to industrial visit at Canon Opto located at Shah Alam.

as soon as we reached at Canon Opto, the Canon staffs already waited for us with their camera for photography session =)

Then, we've been guided to the hall for a short briefing about what should we do and shouldn't do during our visit, the precaution steps if there's any emergency….

En.Husaini act as our tour guide at Canon factory.

Due to policy, every waste at Canon will not just be exposed but must be treated first.

There are 4 phase for water treatment:

Phase 1:

 FILTER PRESS
~ consist of RO unit (Reverse Osmosis) and Ground Water Treatment

Phase 2:

WASTE MINIMIZATION CENTER
~function - to reduce amount of waste

                  - to treat chemical

 

Phase 3:

NEW RECYCLE WASTE/ BIN CENTER
~ from general waste to fertilizer / carbon(can be use again)

 

Phase  4:

 TUBE WELL TREATMENT PLANT

-there is a water fountain look alike

Thanks to him, I can see and learnt new things during the tour.

 

After that, we going back to the hall to get some rest

Later, one of us got a pair of shoe cover for our next tour.

We are separated in three groups and each group got a facilitator

Have a chance to see the production of canon camera is something awesome =)

I am really looking forward to get into the real industrial working environment~~~
